Each session delivered is 1:1, detail-oriented and goal-focused. Operating on a flat-fee, out-of-network basis, you can receive the care you deserve without limitation, surprise charges, or monthly membership fees.
This way, every client receives top-quality care and can return to the things they love, on their terms, with the will to conquer all.

Joe brings a high level of knowledge and skill to patients in a way that is easy to understand, straight forward, and fun. Born and raised in Oklahoma, he has stayed committed to serving the local community.
Joe received his Bachelor of Health & Human Performance from Oklahoma Baptist University and went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Baylor University in 2022. Throughout this time he developed a passion for strength & conditioning and coaching across the central Oklahoma region. This allowed Joe to work with athletes from the high school level up to Olympic and professional stages.

During his free time, Joe enjoys rock climbing, fishing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/MMA training, and sitting down with a good book.
